Seafood Cooking Demonstration Classes
Come along to our Seafood culinary classes where our guest Chefs demonstrate their favourite seafood recipes. Meet like-minded people, master delicious new seafood dishes and most of all enjoy your creation together over dinner.

Costs
Groups of 1 to 6 people $1200
Groups of 7 to 14 people $140pp
Groups of 15 to 23 people $95pp

Class times
5pm – 8pm Monday to Friday

Class includes
• Watch, learn and be entertained while Chefs demonstrate their favourite recipes
• Learn how to prepare seafood
• Master delicious new seafood dishes
• Willing participants can assist with some ‘hands on’ preparation
• Recipe sheets are included to enable you to recreate the dishes again at home
• Eat and enjoy all the delicious seafood dishes that have been created
• Complimentary wines from local wineries served with dishes

Hands-on Seafood Cooking Classes
Private hands-on cooking classes can be arranged. Here you will be coached in the processing room on how to prepare seafood in various forms. In the kitchen prepare the remaining ingredients on our commercial equipment. Once cooked, sit down to enjoy your creation paired with local wine.

Private class groups up to 6 people $1700

Class times
We recommend over lunch and dinner times 11am – 2pm and 6pm – 8pm or an alternative time can be arranged to suit your schedule
